For any question about how your data is handled, and for deletion requests, write to info@ziftdev.ru — that is the address for all of them.

Only what you type into the forms on this site:

• your name, or how you would like to be addressed;
• a way to reach you: a Telegram handle or an email address;
• your company, if you choose to name it;
• the description of your task and current process — whatever you write in the free-text fields.

Please keep special categories of personal data, and the personal data of your own staff and customers, out of the free-text fields. A first conversation about the task does not need them.

Never send passwords, access keys or other credentials. If the work later needs access to your systems, we will agree on a secure way to hand it over.

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not collect data about how you move through the pages.

A single technical flag is kept in sessionStorage to remember that the intro animation has already played in this session. It holds no personal data, never reaches our server and disappears when you close the tab.

Fonts and other assets are served from our own domain, so simply browsing the site sends your data to no third party.

• to answer your request and reach you at the contact you gave us;
• to discuss the task, build a prototype and prepare an estimate;
• to enter into and perform a contract, if we agree to work together.

We do not use your data for mailings, do not share it for advertising and do not sell it.

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the box when you submit a form. If we sign a contract, performing it becomes an additional basis.

You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@ziftdev.ru. We will then stop processing and delete your data, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Requests from this site are delivered to us over Telegram. This means the contents of your request — your name, your contact and the description of the task — are transmitted to and stored on servers of Telegram Messenger Inc. outside Russia. By ticking the consent box you also agree to that transfer.

If you would rather your data did not pass through Telegram, write to us directly at info@ziftdev.ru.

We share the data with no other third party, except where the law explicitly requires it.

For as long as the conversation is live and the relationship needs it, and no longer than three years after the last contact. Where a contract was signed, for the retention period the law sets for such documents. We will delete it sooner if you ask.

Only the operator, and anyone processing on the operator's instructions, can see incoming requests. To protect the form from automated submissions the server briefly keeps the sender's IP address in memory: it is never stored, never included in the request and never used for anything else. We apply the organisational and technical measures required by Article 19 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ. No transfer over the internet can be made entirely risk-free, and we would rather say so plainly.

You may:

• ask what personal data of yours we process;
• require us to correct, block or delete data that is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unlawfully obtained;
• withdraw your consent;
• complain to Roskomnadzor or take the matter to court.

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page, with its date at the top.
